Who I Am

I have always been drawn to things whose value only becomes clear over time.

Family memory. Passing on knowledge. People’s growth. Resilient organisations. Systems that keep working and delivering value years later.

Much of modern life is built around fast results. We measure weeks, quarters, and reports. Yet the most important things often unfold over decades.

Family stories fade gradually and only become visible when there is no one left to ask.

Knowledge leaves with people unless it is preserved and passed on in time.

Organisations live with the consequences of decisions made many years ago.

Leaders shape the future long before the results of their work become visible.

For more than twenty years I worked in international manufacturing companies, leading complex operational systems, teams, and business processes.

That experience taught me to look not only at the current result, but at what will remain after it.

Over time my interest moved beyond operational management.

I began studying psychology, coaching, mediation, modern approaches to leadership, and how technology shapes the development of people and organisations.

Today I continue on this path through MBA studies, research, and my own projects.

TimeWoven

One such project is TimeWoven.

It did not come from market analysis or a search for business opportunity.

I was looking for a tool to preserve family memory, photographs, stories, and connections between generations in one place.

Not finding such a solution, I decided to build it myself.

Today I am going through the full product journey on my own — from idea and architecture to development and testing.

The deeper I go, the more I see its meaning not only for me, but for future generations.

AI Leader System

In parallel I am developing AI Leader System — work devoted to applying artificial intelligence in management, leadership, and organisational development.

I am interested not only in the technology itself, but in how it can help people make better decisions, develop faster, and build resilient systems.

At first glance these projects may seem different.

For me they are part of one idea.

I believe we can create things that make people’s lives better not only today, but years from now.

Preserving memory.

Passing on knowledge.

Building resilient systems.

Leaving behind not only results, but a legacy.

That is what I strive to do in my work and projects.
